Pains indiens : cuisinez et dînez avec un épicurien local
Choose from: Roti - This immersion can be considered a masterclass for popular Indian breads. It’s focussed on whole wheat flat breads and based on North Indian traditions. A very good place to start your journey. Dosa - This immersion is focussed on South Indian traditions and will feature rice as the hero. Highly recommended if you avoid gluten. Exotic Indian Breads - This immersion goes much deeper and involves a few of the not-so-common breads across the Indian cuisine. We will work with flours including millet, lentil and rice and learn a few specialised techniques. Highly recommended for fellow bread nerds. During the experience we will: Discuss the traditional ingredients and the process, including alternatives and adaptions for your region. Cook a few types of breads. You are free to do as much or as little as you are comfortable during the session. Share a 5-course meal that features the breads you cooked, paired with its traditional accompaniments. Along the way we will trade stories, discuss the local food and beverages scene, food history, nutrition science or any other topic of mutual interests. I offer pick up and return for an additional fee on request.

Vivez une expérience hors pair à Bombay !
In my opinion, one who travels requires a guide to explore the hidden places of a city, not your “top three” destinations on trip advisor. I believe it’s important to do that yourself. To explore the vastness of what the city of Mumbai is, in few days, even months or years, is an incredible task. I strive to connect you to the beat of the city, the pulse, if you will. We take public transport. You move through the city like a Mumbaikar. I start the tour with exploring the biggest flower market of Mumbai. It’s scale, colours and fragrances are mind blowing! It’s a phenomenal spot for photography, to experience some local flavour, and hey, maybe even buy some flowers... by the kilo! ;) Next we head to a fishermen’s village that dates back to 800 years. It’s tucked right in the middle of one of the world's largest metropolises, yet you’d never know it once you’re there. Fishermen/women were the original inhabitants of Mumbai, so if you’re interested in the history of this massive city and how it came to be, you’ll get to know all those little tidbits along the way. After that, we transit to Dhobi Ghat. This is the worlds largest open-air laundromat! Over 100,000 pieces of clothing are hand-washed here in one day! The brilliance and diversity of the colours is something to behold! Also, try and smile! A smile and a head-wag can take you to places you’d never dream in India :) Other things to note 1. If you are interested in the tour but would like to do the same in Private Transportation, that can be arranged. 2. Flexibility in the pick-up or meeting point is possible. (subject to other guests) 3. Food tour can be combined with the tour itself. Please feel free to ask in case of any queries
